HOW ARE MY GOODS SHIPPED?
Orders placed for delivery in the UK or internationally are sent via the Royal MaiI service.
Customers have two options; Standard post and a 'Signed For' service. Standard post, although the cheapest method of shipping does not cover loss or damage and we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when shipped this way. We collect proof of postage and retain this for our records.
The 'Signed For' option provides customers with a tracking number which displays where the item was posted and when a delivery was attempted. A signature is also required at the end destination as proof of delivery.
DO YOU OFFER YOUR PRODUCTS ON A WHOLESALE BASIS?
We provide certain items on a wholesale basis. For more information please contact me via email, listing the products you are interested in.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the items we are unable to accept unwanted items.
Faulty items will only be considered for exchange upon receiving photographic proof within 2 days of receiving item.
DO YOU OFFER A CUSTOM MADE SERVICE?
We welcome custom orders and ask that you provide as much information as possible to help the design and production of your piece. Alternatively I'm quite happy to create something bespoke for you - just ask.
Custom pieces are payable in advance before any work can commence.
